The tricone rock bit is the most widely used drilling bit. When the tricone drill bit is working, the cutting teeth alternately contact the bottom of the hole, the rock breaking torque is small, the contact area between the cutting teeth and the bottom hole is small, the specific pressure is high, and it is easy to drill into the formation; the total length of the working edge is large, so the wear is relatively reduced. Tricone drill bits can adapt to a variety of formations from soft to hard.
 
The insert drill adopts high-strength and high-toughness carbide teeth, and the optimized design of the number of tooth rows, the number of teeth, the exposed tooth height and the unique alloy tooth shape give full play to the high wear resistance and excellent cutting ability of the insert drill. The tooth surface of the steel-tooth drill is coated with new wear-resistant materials, which improves the life of the cutting teeth of the drill while maintaining the high ROP of the steel-tooth drill.
